Therefore, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and services (marketing assets, professional configurations, and digital deliverables), all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the digital asset is delivered, or the service is made accessible, it cannot be “returned.” Therefore, Blizmatt does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the digital marketing service.

  • Dissatisfaction with the creative direction or informational content provided.

  • Accidental purchases.

  • Incompatibility with specific third-party marketing software or business platforms.

2. Technical Support Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you can access your purchase. If you encounter a technical issue with a file (e.g., a deliverable is corrupt or the download link fails), please contact our support team at admin@blizmatt.com.

  • We will provide technical assistance to resolve the access issue within 48–72 hours.

  • Our support is limited to the delivery and file integrity of the digital assets or service deliverables themselves and does not include general technical support for your personal devices or unrelated third-party applications.

3. Duplicate Purchases

In the event of a proven accidental duplicate purchase (buying the exact same digital asset or service package twice within a 24-hour period), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward another service or process a refund for the duplicate transaction, provided that the duplicate asset has not been accessed or downloaded.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Products: Since delivery is instantaneous, there is no “cancellation” period between payment and delivery.

  • Subscriptions (If applicable): If you are on a recurring billing plan for a marketing service package or agency platform access, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

5. Payment Gateway & Disputes

  • All transactions are processed through secure gateways like Cashfree and Razorpay.

  • Raising a chargeback or dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of our Terms of Use and may lead to the permanent suspension of your account and access to all previously purchased assets and services.

6. User Responsibility
